Hi,
It means you are missing Microsoft Visual Basic for Application 2013 on your computer. Try to do a online repair of you Office 365 installation and see if this will fix the issue:

If issue persists after above step, as a workaround, you can find a traditional Office installer and only install the Visual Basic for Applications component:
