Hi

I'm installing Office Pro from our 365 subscription. 14 out of 15 machines are working. One Win 7 machine has every office app crash seconds after the splash screen. If I open, for example winword it crashes. If I open winword /safe and close the Office Sign in then word stays open and doesn't crash. If I open winword /safe but attempt to sign in/activate office it crashes after clicking the sign in. Any ideas?

Things I've tried

disabled hardware acceleration using registry key
quick repair, full repair
tried windows safe mode to activate but office 2013 app won't open
formatted the PC, reinstall win 7, full patched, installed office 2013 web install, same, crashes

According to your description, we may try the below for your concern.

Go to https://office.microsoft.com/MyAccount

Login with your Microsoft Account which you have used while redeeming your software.

On My Account page, under Account options, you will see an option called Install from a disc.

Click on Install from a disc and then click on I want to burn a disc, there you will find your Office 365Key.

Copy that key and then try to activate your Office using that Key.

Perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your Office program,

Remember to disable Antivirus app.
