Hi,

As the title suggests I have an issue with Lync 2013. Office 2013 is an App-V package pushed from SCCM, when you select the "automatically start Lync when I log onto windows" box nothing happens. I have checked the registry and the correct key isn't written, If I manually add the key, Lync starts on logon.

I'm looking for some pointers on root cause of the issue and any fixes.

Hi Bobby:

Have you checked the Group Policy, see if: Administrative Template/System/Logon/Do not process the legacy run list has been enabled? If so:

 Disable this policy -> Back up your Registry -> Revert the change you made ->Set auto start from Lync, see it works.
