Office 365 - Subfolder Access on Shared Mailbox

I have been trying to create a shared mailbox with subfolders and trying to give access to subfolders to other users. I couldnt com e with an output. Please help

what have you tried so far, any ps or have you configured any outlook profile for shared mailbox /
