Office 365 - Online Archive not appearing in Outlook

Hi 

I've setup archiving for my Office 365 account.

I can see there is an archive mailbox in OWA. However, it's not showing up in Outlook? 

Is this normal? Thanks.

Hello,

I reckon you need a volume license or stand-alone Microsoft Outlook in order to use online archive.

The link which Clark had mentioned in his post is the recommended link.  Apart from that, if you have office which is installed from volume licensing website you should have 2013 professional plus which is the requirement. 

If you have downloaded office from 365 portal then you should have outlook 2013 pro plus (which we only get when we have E3 license) 

It is pretty insane that why we have option to enable online archive when we download outlook from portal 365 and that does not support if it is not pro plus. But it is how it is and we cannot change it. Hopefully this gives the answer to your questions.
