I am administering our Office 365 account with about 25 users. i upgraded everyone from Office 2010 to 2013 via there 365 account. i log in with thier creds and download the upgrade. These people are from all over europe. We are making our standard english. So all the Office downloads need to be in english. One account is giving me issues. I choose the language (English American) and it downloads in Polish. Everyone else i have had no trouble with. I tell it english and it is correct. I have not found a way to fix this on the users account or in the 365 Admin Center. does anyone know what might be going on?

If you have Microsoft Office Professional Plus, under Install Microsoft Office Professional Plus, select your desired language option and choose either the 32-bit or 64-bit version, and then click Install.
