I have problem getting the product key for the evaluation version.

Both, me and my customer (a prospective customer), tried to download the Professional Plus version and received the following message: Keys are temporarily unavailable. Please check back soon.

What can I do so my prospective client can test the product?

I also have the same issue trying to get a Office 2013 trial key.

It seems to be an issue with the server (web site). I would suggest you to wait for couple of days and try again.

Please give some patience.

Key issuance seems a nuisance LOL.  Need it for a client.  (small business) workstation/server She thought she had disks somewhere (transfer 2007 license to the new machine)...not.  Disks nowhere to be found looked at the old machine its VLK.  She needs a couple weeks to recover from the $hardware before shelling for this unforseen.  I'll keep my fingers crossed activation nag says it'll stop working Wednesday the 28th.  I'm not crazy about middle-manning Office.

i had the same problem but went to side again aand the key is there again, after starting the download again showing the key now , lol, cancelled download 

Having some issue

Hello i have the same exact problem.

I just spent 40mins with microsoft support over the phone and they wer absolutely clueless. Just kept transfering me from one person to another !!!

Issue is still not resolved.  This is not rocket science!!!
