Office 2013 Outlook Shared mailbox - Search result disappeared when you apply a flag on it

Hi,

When you run a search on a shared mailbox, you flag an email item, the item will disappeared from the search result box, is there any fix for this?

Windows 7 Pro 64bit

Office 365 Pro plus 32bit

Hi,

Please disable using Exchange Cached mode and check whether the issue happens in Outlook Online mode.

If the issue only happens in Cached mode but not in Online mode, please create a new Outlook profile to have a try.

If the issue can be reproduced in Online mode, please restart Outlook in safe mode and check whether there is any third-party add-ins in Outlook caused this issue.
