Office 2013 KMS Licensing Refresh/Install in Virtual Environment.

Hello there, 

So we are starting out our KMS Server for 2013. Everything is going swell. However, we are contemplating about going to a larger virtual environment roll out for our workstations as the work stations are needing to be refreshed/installed frequently. What are the ramifications of having our computers constantly reinstalled and reactivating on our KMS side. Is there something we need to "reabsorb" a license?

how frequently?  The trial is 60 days so you might be able to get by with that if you refresh every 60 days or less.  And if you use the rearm (ospprearm.exe) then you have 5 rearms at 60 days a piece which is about 300 days of a tri

I think they are shooting for 90-120 days. I believe the trial and rearming requires user interaction or notifies the end user which isn't allowed in our environment. Is there a way to reabsorb the license or does it even care?

No there should not be an issue with KMS per your original request.  Another alternate though, might be using Active Directory for your activations that way only as computer connect to AD (domain join) do they receive the ability for KMS activation.
