Office 2013 - 365 Pro desktop apps keep crashing and restarting

Hi

After installation of Office 2013 Professional, I am continuously experiencing sudden restarts of Excel, Words, Outlook 2013 .

I did everything I could including repairing/uninstalling/re-installing Office 2013 but without success. The issue happens also if I run only Excel . It suddenly shows "no answer" and restarts, so I lose all unsaved data I entered in this file. This situation is quite frustrating. I understood from an existing forum that some people solved it unistalling 3rp party programs since not compatible with Office 2013 and this solved the issue. But, the main question how can I find which is the software that is "not compatible" with Office 2013 ???? It is a real nightmare and I really regret the previous Office 2007 that didn't create any problem.

I fell Microsoft should take moral responsibility to really help users since it looks like a product that should be an improvement , in reality , became a real nightmare for many many users. Internet is full of such problems and I spent hours and hours to find a solution but no result.

I expect some clever answer or real help to come from some Office 2013 experts who hope will read my post.

Thank You

Hi,

I understand it is frustrating if the programs don't work stably, I will try to help you resolve the issue.

As you mentioned, the issue is possibly caused by some programs which may be incompatible with Office 2013, we need to take some steps to narrow down the issue.

First, to determine the issue is caused by 3rd-party programs, we should perform a clean boot. A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you run a program in Windows.

If the issue doesn't exist in clean boot mode, then we can say it's probably caused by a conflict with other programs and we need to do further troubleshooting steps to find which one is the culprit. You can refer to this kb below to learn more details about Clean Boot:
