Office 2013 & windows 10

I have a full copy of Office 2013 Pro through the company I work for.

After a clean install of Windows 10 and re-installing Office, I cannot activate the install. It was fine in Windows 7.

I have tried several times using the Key Code, but the status just shows that it needs activating and will shut down on the 1st of the month.

Any ideas why?

It sounds like the product key you entered, isn't accepted, or isn't suitable.

When you open Word, and choose File, Account, do you see information any of these pictures?

(A or B or C)

I see "C".

When I click to activate I see a popup, that asks for an email/username and password.

It has (in small letters) an access to enter a code key. I copy it from the email I got from Microsoft HUP, paste it in and click install.

The button dims, then...

Nothing happens.....

Odd...

Are you internet-connected when trying this?
Are you signed-in to your Microsoft Account when trying this?

Is Windows otherwise "healthy", i.e. are you getting other errors or warnings? (just a guess)
