I am trying to download this update. It indicates it will take 9 hours. At one time it was 10 yours. Is that correct?

I have just tried the download on my end, it costs me about 50 seconds to download this 113.6 MB .dmg file.
As "CommaThree" stated, it depends on your internet connection. Please make sure you've connected to a good internet connection, then try again.
