Office 2010 click to run , Protected Q Drive, cannot reinstall Office

Hello,
I have on my machine a version of office 2010, I am trying to unistall it and install a different version of office, when trying to uninstall the application from the control panel I get the following message :

This 64-bit product may not be installed with Microsoft Office Click-to-Run. Remove Microsoft Office Click-to-Run and try again.

Now on my machine there is nothing that is an office click to run except for a Q drive that is protected, and I cannot edit or format it, when trying to I geet a message about not having rights to do so, although I am an administrator. the problem here is that I do not have Microsoft Office Click-To-Run 2010

under programs and features. so I cannot uninstall it.

I went to this link : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

I tried the fix it app, I got this message:

---------------------------
Click-to-Run Application Manager
---------------------------
The action cannot be completed. Try the action again. If the problem continues, contact Microsoft Product Support.
---------------------------
OK

Any ideas?

If Click-to-run is not installed, and only the label on the Q drive remains, you can remove the label easily enough. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\DriveIcons in the registry, where you will find a subkey named Q that has another subkey whose default value is Microsoft Office Click-to-Run (Protected). Delete the key named Q then reboot. On my machine Q was also listed in the Device Manager under Disk Drives and labled as Generic - SD/MMC USB Device (confirmed it was Q by checking Properties>Volumes tab>Populate), which I also uninstalled prior to reboot - the device will re-install after reboot without the click-to-run label.

Here is the tool to remove the Click-2-Run App-V virtual drive, and also the tool to completely remove the Office installations from your computer without re-installing or restoring Windows to a previous date.

These files are located on my SkyDrive account:
http://sdrv.ms/11hV2PR

This download is comprised of several tools to remove the latest versions of Microsoft Office and the App-V virtual drives.

Run the offcln.exe tool to delete all traces of Office,
then reboot,
and run the CleanC2R.exe tool to delete the virtual drive Q and R from your system.
A second reboot will be required.

This package also includes the msizap.exe tool and the oclncore.opc resource files.
