Hi,

Based on my test, there has no GPO to control these settings of Microsoft Office Upload Center. We can try to control them with related registry keys:

Path: HKU\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\FileIO

Please note: We need to check/uncheck them manually first and then there registry keys will be added to registry.

I don't show your keys in my RDS server.

I would like just enable "Delete files from the office document cache when the are closed" and choose 1 days for keep files in the office document.

Hi,

This issue might caused by the user profile missed something, please try to change a user profile to test.

If you want to enable the setting, you can change the value of registry key to "1", disable "0".

"AgeOutPolicy" is controlled the value of day, please set to "1".
