Office 2003 & Client Update

I have one client pc that when she starts Outlook 2003 it gives her the error that it had not been shut down & needs to restart in safe mode. She does that & then tries again safe mode is the only way that it will start up. I have deleted her account from the mail, i have uninstalled & reinstalled the outlook 2003 software i have ran updates. I did get a message when I sent the error to microsoft that it could use the service pack 3 update but could only be istalled from the server since it had already been installed on the server?? So I have3 questions.
1. Can anyone help me with this problem?
2. How do you install the sp3 to the client pc?
3. Is there a way that when I do updates on the server it will check all of the office PC to keep them upto date or do I need to go to each one & update.
Thanks for any help.
