OffScrub10.vbs running under System context fails

Hi,

I am trying to execute OffScrub10.vbs under System context but it fails with following error.

"Insufficient registry access permissions - exiting
 Remove temporary registry entries"

I am running out of the ideas as what might be causing this. Anyone knows how to fix it?

The OS is Windows 7

Thanks

Hi,

Was the account you used administrator to execute OffScrub10.vbs?

In order to process external calls, the built in administrator account must be able to elevate without prompting. This setting can be changed in the following location:

Local Group Policy Editor | Computer Configuration | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | Security Options | User Account Control: Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account: Disabled

Oddly, disabled is the default, but it doesn't work unless manually set.
