Hello Harpreet, Please configure your front end server's IIS for url redirection. The following steps will help. Log to the server where your URL requests are landing (Proper DNS records has to made on public DNS servers, contact your ISP for this). 1. Start Inetmgr > Expand Website > Right click on your exchange website > Properties. 2. Select the tab " Home Directory" 3. For the option 'The cotent for this resource should come from' select radio button "A redirection to aURL". 4. For the option 'Redirect to:' write '/exchange' in the text field. Tick the check for "A directory below the URL entered" Hope this helps, these steps are explained with reference to IIS6.0 with exchange 2003, but the concept remains for all versions. AJAY YADAV

Hi, Base on my experience, you can create a virtual directory named as webmail under Default web site. And then redirect it to /exchange. You can follow the below steps: 1. Right click on the webmail virtual directory and select properties 2. Navigate to Virtual Directory. 3. Tick A redirection to a URL, type /Exchange in the Redirect to: blank. 4. Select A directory below URL entered. 5. Click Apply, then OK. 6. Please run iisreset /noforce from a command prompt. After that, you can test it with http://yourdomainname/webmail, it will redirect to http://yourdomainname/exchange For how to create virtual directory, you can refer to the below article: Using Virtual Directories (IIS 6.0) http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/8c110149-8060-4dd7-9bdb-e262c21483dd.mspx?mfr=true Hope it helps.
