Hi, First please ensure that the client access server is online. I have found a related KB ,please follow it and to see whether it can be solved. Error message when you try to log on to Exchange 2007 by using Outlook Web Access: "440 Login Timeout" http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941201 Also we may check whether the scenario of yours is migrated from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 Sp1, please try to check whether Event 4999 has been logged in the application log(Note: Start-Run-Eventvwr).
