Hi all,

i am facing problem with OWA its stop work suddenly.
3 days before i renew the exchange certificates coz its going to expire on 12th june . from 13th june itself owa stop working and not even localy also.
while browsing i am getting error (Internet explorer cannot display the web page )
all services are running well ... i restart server 2 times...
its a certificate error or something else...
how to solve this please help....Thomas

Perhaps you didn't renew the certificate properly.
What is the error code you're getting in IE? You might try Google Chrome or Firefox to see if you get a better error. Then, when you have the error, use Bing because it's likely you'll get some good hits. For example search for "OWA 401.5"

in Firefox i am getting error ...(The connection was interrupted, The connection to mail.example.com was interrupted while the page was loading .Thomas

Hello,
Have you enable the cetificate on the IIS service? You can restart the IIS service to refresh the new applied settings.
