Dear All, I have set the owa is keep monitoring by http://www.uptimerobot.com/ , sometime aleart occur the OWA is down for few mins, however I have checked the applciation log or event log , it haven't show any releate log about OWA.How can I trouble shoot on it ? Thanks and Regards, Ricky

I have the same question. I am using it but getting error messages from uptimerobot as well. I have two dns names pointing to OWA - it shows one name down and the other up at times. It leads me to believe uptime robot is having problems - or else both DNS names would be down.
