OWA site
I have 16 exchange servers in my site and I need to know how to check for the OWA address. My users are asking for the address so that they can access their emails over the internet and i dont know how to check for this site

What version of Exchange?Do you have a DMZ?Do you have an Exchange server in your DMZ? (bad practice if you do)You should have a firewall of some sort between the internet and your Exchange servers - if so, you should be using the firewall to provide access to OWA.That would be the place to look.If you are using ISA server, you need to publish OWA. See http://www.isaserver.org/articles_tutorials/publishing/and search for your Exchange version.Karl

Have a look into this http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/OWA_Exchange_Server_2003.htmlhttp://www.isaserver.org/articles/pubowa2003part5.htmlAlso by default exchange 2003 OWA url will be http://servername/exchange. You can replace the server name with the DNS entry that you made.Raj

First check by typing below URL to make sure the OWA is working normally http://<nameofyourexchangeserver or ip address>/exchange You need to create a user friendly host name such as owa.domain.com or mail.domain.com in your external DNS and then publish the OWA rules to ISA server. Other freinds have already given you the URL's for the same.Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|
