Hi Harpreet, By default in owa 2003 you can only view 25 mail items per page and the arrows directly above the messages should be used to toggle between pages. You can change it fromoptions - > Messaging Options -> Change the number of mail items displayed per page.

Hi, Please check settings as Zohaib Hafeez said. Meanwhile,please check your emails via other outlook to see whether you can find all the other emails. Regards, Xiu
