OWA receive but can't send

In OWA if I try to send I get "You don't have permission to perform this action."

I believe this is related to the authentication on the Send connector but not sure.

I found a reference to downgrading the authentication in a forum post but that command doesn't work on Exchange 2013?

Anyone else have this problem and get it solved?

UPDATE: got it sorted, was a misconfigured front end transport

Hi trythis,

Thank you for your share.

If the issue occur later and we has been checked virtual directory on front and transport, we could check if the service which is Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Transport Submission is running or restart it.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
