OWA only light version available
We have a user that sometimes only has OWA light version available. We use exchange 2007, IE8 and full version is most of times working but sometimes not.
Is OWA automatically running in light if there is limited bandwith? Any other things to check?

is the user using the OWA from the same machine, is the issue happens from another machine,

Hi
It is just recommended that if you have a slower Internet connection that you use the OWA Light version.
If you run other web brower, some will automatically log into OWA
Light version.
My suggestion is to check “OWAPremiumClientEnabled” option for the user.
