Set up:

Exchange server 2013 Standard Version 15.0 (Build 913.22) on Windows server 2012.

iPad Air, iOS 8.3

Trying to access mail through Safari browser. Works well for a few minutes, then the Safari mail tab becomes very slow, almost freezing. But can open another tab and browse other websites. A page refresh makes it work for a few minutes but again becomes very slow. If i leave it for sometime it will work again. I have tried installing OWA app, the same thing happens.

Please let me know if further information is needed. Please help.

Please confirm whether the issue happens on your other client such as IE for Windows, Outlook client.

Generally, the OWA for iPhone or OWA for iPad app is recommended instead of using your iPhones or iPads browser. If the issue persists on your iPad, please upgrade all OS and Web browser to the latest version to have a try.
