OWA on Mobile Device: issue for a single user

Hi, 

I have an issue with a user that's using Owa on Android Tablet.

When the user tries to write or reply to an email, the editable field is reduced to a very narrow line and it's not usable.

the problem is specific to this user: if he uses another device, the problem is still evident and it doesn't happen with other users.

The environment is: Exchange 2013 CU8. Active sync is not allowed for this user.

we already tried to disable & re enable OWA for this user; the servers have been rebooted this weekend.

Hi,

I have noticed only a user had the display issue.

I want to know if the problematic user can edit the emails when using outlook and computer browser.

Can you try to use other mobile browsers like chrome to test?

I suggest we can upgrade the Android system to the latest version to check if the issue persists.

Hello, we persuaded the user to use Firefox instead of Chrome. The technical issue is not solved but this workaround is ok for the user.
