OWA not working via Employee Portal!
Hi, We have our Exchange organization in single Admin group with Routing group (Internal/External). Users are able to access their mailboxes via MS-Outlook, RPC Over HTTP, OWA and OMA. But via Employee Portal only if they are on corporate LAN. They are not able to access to their mailboxes via an Employee Portal over the internet. After they login to the portal they are able to access the other applications they have access to, but when they select the MS-Outlook option, the page get hang and receive: https://servername.domain.com/exchweb/auth/owaauth.dll In the above link the servername.domain.com is in DMZ and when the request comes for accessing via exchweb (virtual directory) I doubt that the users are not able to pass the authentication. Please help. If you need more information then mail me at ankit_arora29@hotmail.com and leave your contact details to discuss on this. Regards, Ankit arora

Let us know if you can access OWA from internet? and also RPC-OVER-HTTP from internet? if they can access both that means the settings needs to be checked on your Employee Portal. as you never know if they have published the OWA on internet facing server. Thanks for the support friends. I was able to ping the application server which was inDMZ. I knew that there was nothing wrong in Exchange environment so I contacted the application server owner and discussed with him. He did some findings and finally gave a reboot to the server. And it worked after that.Regards,Ankit Arora
