OWA not working
Hi, I am having some problems on Exchange 2007 server since yesterday. A few weeks ago we were running low on space and Back Pressure kicked in and was stopping all external emails. I disabled Back Pressure settings to allow external emails while we got more space. More space was added without any problems. I enabled Back Pressure settings yesterday morning and since then we have had a few problems (server was restarted after change). The first problem we faced was that no remote site could connect. I managed to figure this out and fix it (MS Exchange System Attendant stopped but it did not get reported on logs or with pop up). Today I found out that OWA is not working (getting a "IE cannot display webpage" error). I am not sure whether OWA was working yesterday or not. I have checked that IIS is running and also did a restart of IIS. I am not sure what else to check. Logs are not showing any errors relating to this (have one error on virtual folder). Had a few other errors with certificates which have been fixed. Let me know if you need more details. I don't think the problem is related to the Back Pressure settings. It seems more like the restart caused all the issues. Thanks for reading. Regards.

Just an update - I removed the 128 bit encryption and it works!! How can I fix this? Any ideas? I am guessing its an issue with the certificate?

Hi, If you choose the 128 bit encryption, all users(internal and external) cannot access the OWA? Could you please run the Get-ExchangeCertificate | fl and post the results here? Frank Wang

Hi Frank, Sorry, I forgot about this thread. It was a problem with the certificate. This is working now. Regards.
