OWA not displaying correctly
New Member This has worked without a problem since I have installed Outlook Exchange many years ago. I have an Exchange 2003 server that does not serve the OWA pages correctly. It seems like I can authenticate to the server OK, but when the OWA page is displayed, all of the images are missing (red X). I can't find any documentation for this type of problem. Anyone have an idea what could be broken or misconfigured? Thanks, Greg

What version of IE are you using? See the list of supported browsers with Exchange 2003. Note IE9 is not supported: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff728623.aspx Look at the Web Browsers Supported sections.Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Lync 2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

Hi, If the problem happens to all client machines, please try the followin steps in server side: 1. Open IIS, expand to Web service Extension, make sure that the following services are allowed: Active Server Pages ASP.net V1.xxxx ASP.net V2.xxx Microsoft Exchange Run RESETIIS to restart IIS service. 2. If the issue persists, please try to reset the Exchange virtual directories. I recommend we use method 1. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883380 Gen Lin TechNet Subscriber Support in forum If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
