Good Question ! Instead there is no hard reason for move mailbox. Some time we see some stale and courrepted entry in mailbox as item which cause several issue and move mailbox into other store give you option to exclude some courrepted items. Good Luck !Anil

Correct me if I am wrong. by moving the mailbox to another database will not sovle the problem right. Is there a tool to do a health check on that mailbox instead? Thx

Hi, Does the issue occur on certain mailbox or each mailbox when accessing the Calendar via OWA? Does it persist when accessing Calendar via Outlook? Based on my research, there is specific tool to check health for certain mailbox. However, you can use ESEUTIL and ISINTEG tool check health for Information Store. Anil may think your issue is caused by corrupted email in the mailbox and the corrupted item will be detected when moving the mailbox to another database. Hence, you can try his suggestion as a workaround. Meanwhile, I suggest you refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Clear the "%SystemRoot%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files" folder on the server side. Then, click Start->Run, type "iisreset" (without the quotes) and press OK. 2. Open IE option and clear all offline files. If the issue persists, please capture the error message and paste to the Paint in Program Files. Upload it to Skydrive (www.skydrive.live.com) and then share the link to me for research. Hope this helps.Novak Wu-MSFT

Since the version of Exchange is Exchange 2007, you can refer to the following article to check health for Information Store. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997152(EXCHG.80).aspx To troubleshoot the issue, I suggest you also perform Anil and my previous suggestions. If there is any update, please let us know. Regards,Novak Wu-MSFT
