Hi,Is this happening with only one user or all the users? If all the users , can you check the permissions on IIS , OWA virt directory? If only one user, try to create user and mail box both from the EMC and not ADUC? Also check if the AD is replicating fine. In the properties of the mail box , click on exchange features and look for OWA , if that is enabled.Raj

If this is happening with only one user, then I am sure its a local issue with the user account. Can you try to disconnect and reconnect his mail box from the user account and post the result here.Raj

You can check this also:1. Start Exchange System Manager2. Go to Mailbox Store/Mailboxes (Exchange System Manager / Servers / <server> / First Storage Group / Mailbox Store / Mailboxes)3. Go to problematic mailbox, select it, right click and choose "Exchange Tasks"4. Then select "Configure Exchange Feature"5. Then select "Outlook Web Access" and click on the button "Enable"
