Hi Riaz,

Thank you for your question.

Is there any error when we login on OWA?

Are the outlook anywhere and autodiscover  available in internal?

Are there any errors in event id? I suggest you post error to ibsexc@microsoft.com for our troubleshooting.

We could run the following command to check internal url:

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory | Select ExternalURL,Identity | FL

If the URL is wrong, we could refer to the following link configure internal URL for OWA:

Get-OWAVirtualDirectory -server <EXCHANGE SERVER NAME> | Set-ECPVirtualDirectory -InternalUrl https://mail.DOMAIN.local/owa

If the issue persist, we could check certificate for OWA by the following link:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/28231.configuring-office-web-apps-server-owa-with-certificate.aspx

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim

Jim I messe with virtual directory links and now I can send email out to outside world but cant recieve emails from outside. as i mentioned my internal domain is mydomain.local and outside domain is mydomain.com.

the OWA is accessable from outside world by the live link which is webmail.mydomain.com but its not from inside with that live link. IT IS tho with local link.

trying to fix that I have messed up the virtual directory links and now cant recieve emails. all tests pass all green with exchange connectivity analyser SO I have no idea what the issue is.
