Hi, First lets try to clarify the issue. 1. It is a pure Exchange 2007 environment or Mixed environment with Exchange Server 2003? 2. Please verify if you have Public folder? Where did it located, Exchange Server 2003?Exchange 2007? 3. Do you have users in other site different from Exchange Server site? 4. Did the problematic user moved from other Exchange Server or other storage group? Regards, Xiu

Hi,I have exactly the same problem.1. We migrate Exchange to 2007 SP1 and all the mailbox are under Exchange 2007, but the Exchange 2003 server are still online.2. Yes we have public folder on Exchange 2003 replicated on Exchange 2007. We don't move it on Exchange 2007 but we want to.3. The users that have the issue are on a subdomain but in the sameexchange site.4. Yes and no. The problematic users were moved from exchange 2003 to 2007, but I check from a new mailbox (user in subdomain)created on exchange 2007 and we have the same problem.Any idea? Thanks
