OWA change password

Hi

Exchange 2010 SP3.

I tried to change the password using Outlook web Access. I am able to go to Options, Change Password, but there is only a blank page. The fields where I have to enter old and new password are invisible.

Hi Peter,

Try this with a different browser and see how it works. As you are able to go to the change password options, it can be a browser issue

Hi Peter,

Try it in a different browser.
Add the OWa website to trusted sites in IE.

Hi Philip

I already tried another browser (Google Chrome), adding the website to trusted sites, compatibility view but without success.

Peter,

I tried to solve another problem here: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/9e7ac87a-a710-4f3f-8120-2721084c6b6d/edit-password-policy?forum=exchangesvradmin

Can you see, if it helps you too

Thanks Philip

This registry key is already set, to enable the password change if the password is expired, and that works, but not if the user tries to change the password in outlook.

RU10 is not yet installed, I'm going to install it tomorrow.

Peter,

Good idea always to have the latest updates.

Meantime, can you also check, if the IIS virtual directories are set correctly?

Hi Philip

Everthing is up to date now, but still the same issue.

I now reset the ecp virtual directory and it works again.

Thanks for your help.
