OWA can not access URL on port 80 Exchange 2007
Hi I have 2 CAS server windows 2008 exchange 2007 I can access
https://servername/exchange fine on both server but
http://servername/exchange only works from the local subnet and no other subnet in the network.
Currently 1 server is responding on http but the other is not and this seems to be a bit hit and miss some times the server swap round on what one is going to respond on http
Does any one have any advise as IIS seems to be set up correctly but when I try and check the permissions on the exchange virtual directory i get an error on both servers that windows can not find MBX
Thanks

Hi
When I telnet to port 80 and do a GET i get a 400 bad request
The default site works ok on port 80 and I get the iis 7 default site
I am not sure what this error means on the exchange virtual directory can not find MBX
Thanks

I wouldn't expect this to work. Why aren't you using SSL?Active Directory, 4th Edition - www.briandesmond.com/ad4/

Hi
I wouldn't expect this to work --- Why not ? https works fine and http to the default root works ok
There is no need for ssl as we are using vpn in to the network and the customer does not want it. we have a few frond end servers and http and https works fine all the mailboxes are on exchange 2003 until we migrate them to 2007
thanks
