OWA behind router
I need some pretty basic help. I've got Exchange server 2003 sp2 behind a Multitech RF820 router. We are running exchange server on the same box that is running Small Business Server 2003. We configured exchange server for OWA (using the Configure E-Mail and Internet Connection Wizard inServer Manager) and it runs fine from the intranet but I cannot make it accessible from the Internet. I've unblocked ports 80, 443 and 444 on the router anduninstalled (for testing purposes) the Symantec Endpoint Protection client (AV)from the server. (We have a fixed IP addressed but it is not mapped to our domain name so I have been entering the address as https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/exchange if that makes any difference.) I just can't make it work. Any ideas??? I could really use some help. Jay

You have installed any Certificates on your Exchange server? You have unblocked ports 80 and 443 and redirected them to the Exchange Servers internal IP Address? Why do you need port 444? Deli

The URL should be https://your.ip.address.here/owa by default, unless you changed it directly. Just a shot in the dark.
