OWA and the outside world.
I'm not new to SBS 2003 but I've come across a problem with OWA that I cannot repair and I hope someone can help.
I have an SBS 2003 SP2 server and I've run through the internet wizard to configure available resources. I've tried to open both RWW and OWA. Both of which work internally but will not work outside the firewall.
I configured my firewall to forward ports 80 and 443 to the SBS server. - no luck.
I put the SBS 2003 server on the DMZ. - no luck.
I checked the logs: Saw request coming in but nothing going out.
I replaced the firewall with a low-end Linksysfor troubleshooting and configured the ports. Now thelogs show the data coming in and the going out but still nothing happens for the external client.
I've run through the wizard again multiple times.
I tried MS KB article 301428 steps for troubleshooting IIS. - no luck.
I'm stumped. I've set these services up a number of times in the past but I've never run into this. Any and all suggestions are welcome.
