We have two Exchange 2013 Servers. I updated both of them to CU8, and now one of them is getting this error below when I try to access the admin center. OWA also crashes without any real error message. Any help with this would be appreciated.

I'm not sure that this is your problem, but it's something to check. In IIS make sure the back-end website has the Exchange self-signed certificate bound to it.

Hi,
From your description, I recommend you check if there is any difference between the normal Exchange server and the problematic Exchange server in IIS settings at first. If the issue persists, you can reset ECP and OWA virtual directories to check the result.
