OWA access with external mail application

Hello,

i read already many posts how to access my OWA Exchange emails with a external program like Thunderbird, Outlook, etc. Whatever I try I can't get it connected. Anyway I am also not sure where I have to put which infos. I so tried many but not sure what are the right ones for example for Server, Domain, etc. Here are the details what i have found under options -> about inside the web app.

The adress to access via browser is: https://webmail.app.xxx.com/OWA/

My Username: ads\u0xxx24

It is an Exchange 2010 account. Hope somebody can help me. Thanks in advance.

You'll use POP3 or IMAP for email and there  are two plugins for T-bird that you can use to sync calendar -

Thank you guys. I mean I know how to setup a exchange email but the problem is I don't know how to use the datas above. What is the server address? what is the Income Post adress? Username & password? Doesn't matter what settings I use it says the server is not accessible.

You'll need to ask your admin for the server names - all you have above is the internal names.

You might be able to guess at the name if you do a dns lookup on xxx.de - you can do this at sites such as network-tools.com.
