OWA User Access
I am in need of some assistance on OWA access in Exchange 2003.Ican accessmy account on from my desktopwith no problem. But whenI try to access another exchange account using OWA it automatically logs me into my default account even afterI logoff thus not allowing me to access the other account. Would someone please advise?Thank you in advance,Joe Sims

You might have saved password somewhere in your user profile or OWA authentication is configured with Windows Integrated. You can open other's mailbox in owa with below url https://exchangeservername/exchange/username Or you can even open folders directly specifying name of it.... If you use "https://exchangeservername/exchange/<alias of other user>" in internet explorer address bar, even then are you getting your own mailbox?Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

i have tried it both ways and still no luck. I am thinking that is has something to do with my network, possibly when we authenticate against AD. When I am at home, there is no porblem to access any account.

Hi,Please try to untick "Automatic logon with current user name and password" from Security Settings on IE Option. Please try to use "Prompt for user name and password".Besides, please try to close all the IE sessions and then open a new session to access another users mailbox.Regards,Xiu
