Hi, I am an exchange administrator in a small organisation, I noticed yesterday mornining that the users on my network could not send mails, whenever they try to send the mails goes into the draft folder and remains in the draft folder. would appreciate any form of assisitance. THANKS

Hi, It would help if you posted the version of Exchange server you are running. If Exchange server 2007 make sure that all services are running (The transport service is most likely not running). Leif

Hi, What antivirus and backup software are you using...? try disabling both one by one to check if any of them is interfering with the Exchange Service Regards from www.windowsadmin.info

Try to check event log and see which event is generated whenever transport service is stopped.
