OWA Slowness
I have a situation here where we migrated from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007 a few weeks back. Over the last two weeks, people have recieved the migration well. Using OWA was not an issue. Beginning Friday, we got our first complaint about OWA slowness. Logging into OWA myself, whenever you click and item, it takes 10-15 seconds for it to appear. This is a stark performance difference than the previous week. Does anyone know anything about a memory leak or a issues with OWA? If I do a IISRESET, it does make OWA better for a day, but the next day the slowness reappears. The server is a Dell PowerEdge 2950, dual dual core 2.0, 4GB RAM, 15K drives. Performance Mon shows the server is virtually sleeping. Event viewer shows no errors regarding IIS or OWA. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Anything in the logs? Can't explain why IIS Reset helps but I've had problems with tcp chimney and OWA on 2007. Plus mismatched duplex issues and the network cards tcp checksum offloading.

Appreciate the reply. We are still having OWA slowness as of today. I've checked midmatched duplex and that was not the issue. The NIC is a broadcom gig nic connected to a Cisco switch. No errors on switch or nic. Every 3-4 days, have to do a IISRESET and it's all good. Very frustrating.
