OWA Multi login
Dear All Recently I create new accepted domain inside my Exchange 2007 , so I can send and receive new mail using new SMTP domain . I would like to change or redirect old OWA "mail.abc.com\owa" to new "mail.newaccepteddomain.com\owa" Is there any work around or exchange configuration to meet this requirement Thank you

Exchange itself dont do this redirect, you either have to do it in IIS or something in front of Exchange/IIS such as reverseproxy or Loadbalancer. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

remember to exclude all subfolders from redirection, otherwise you will break functionality in Exchange. lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

If I understand your question correctly, this is a name resolution issue - nothing to do with Exchange. As long as the name mail.newaccepteddomain.com resolves to the same IP address as mail.abc.com, then it should work. Check or configure your public (and private, if you have one) dns record for the newaccepteddomain.com domain.Outlook Web Access For PDA , OWA For WAP www.owa-pda.com email a@t leederbyshire d.0.t c.0.m

Hello, 1. You will need to setup the dns entry for mail.newaccepteddomain.com to point to your existing exchange client access server. 2. Change the your external and internal URLs for OWA to https://mail.newaccepteddomain.com/owa This will cause the urls generated by owa to reference the new domain that you want to use. Keep in mind you will need a new certificate that is properly setup for the new domain. In addition if you support Outlook anywhere with the new domain you will need to properly setup the autodiscover, the address book service, activesync and outlook anywhere services in the same way. Each of these services has their own settings for internal and external URLs Bill
