OWA Issues when users reconnect after Timeout
G'day, users have been reporting issues where :* They succesfully log on remotelyto exchange (Exchange 2k3on W2k3 R2 servers) via OWA.* Once OWA times out.*When they re-log in, they are viewing another users inbox for a few minutes then a prompt appears asking to reauthenticate. * Happens randomly (!) to users and intermittently. * I confirmed that affecetd users don't thave any delegate access to the mailbox they are viewing to elimininate the possibility of that addingto theissue.* Have searched online everywhere but no significant help pertaining to these errors. *I suspect its an issue with IIS (v6 on W2k3 R2)**Has anyone ecountered this issue before and knows a fix? Thanks in advance. **

Hi,I understand that user want to re-connect to OWA when they recieve "Your session has expired/timed out, please login again",is that true? Please try to clarify the issue with me.1. Do you have any ISA related in front of Exchange Server?2. If user is in local, then how is the issue?Besides, please try to capture a screenshot and then post here for further troubleshooting.Regards,Xiu
