OWA Issue
Hello, I have a problem to send out email in Korean from OWA to outside of Exchange server. It displays well between exchange users but if I send email to outside of our company from OWA, then all Korean charactors become broken. Please let me know how to fix this issue. I have Exchage 2003 with SP2. Thanks, rewq.

Hi, We need to clarify this issue first. 1. What do you mean Korean charactors become broken, they all become odd characters? 2. Where did this issue occur, just when user write email in OWA or When receiver read the email? Please check whether receiver can read it in Outlook. 3. Did this issue happen on all the user in your Exchange Organization, all receiver cannot read the email? 4. Where did receiver read these email, issue will generate on both OWA and outlook? 5. If you send email to user in your company, then how about the issue? Besides, please configure the Regional Settings on the affected workstations to use Korean as the Language for non-Unicode programs Related kb share with you: The Compose Message form stops responding after you install Internet Explorer 7.0 and the S/MIME control on an Outlook Web Access client in Exchange Server 2003http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;924334 Hope it helps.
