The view in OWA is heavly optimized for display in IE. Make sure your default browser is OWA. OWA requires your popup blocker be turned off. Make sure you don't have browser addons that block popups, or 'ads'. Check the pathing. If they have NEVER worked, OWA may be corrupted and not installed correctly.
