OWA Global Address List is Empty
Hello We have Exchange Server 2003 installed at our workplace, currently we only have it accessed by the outlook on the desktop. When not using OWA, the global address list is full of contacts. but if we use OWA we have the following problem all staff to have full access from home, the problem is that on my tests when i go to send new email and open up New messahe box and click To... so that i get the Find Names Window. In the Find names window i have the Global address list selected, but there are no contacts showing, i did find that if you press space in the display name and then enter it shows the first 100 contacts in the global address list, now this is fine as a workaround but how do i see the next 100 contacts? So if anyone can tell me how to get all contacts to appear in the Global Address List, i would really appreaciate it.

Hi Carlo, You can't browse the GAL in OWA (out of the box anyway, maybe there's 3rd party tools that add this functionality) You can use owaadmin http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4BBE7065-A04E-43CA-8220-859212411E10&displaylang=ento push the search limit up to 1000. It's browsable in 2007 though so something to look forward to :) Thanks, Mark

Hello I have seen other users that have the full global address list listed within OWA and they are running the same version as us, are we sure this is nto possible? Trying your suggested download. Thanks
