OWA Error: HTTP / 1.1 503 Service Unavailable
After running updates on my Exchange 2003 Standard server...I tried to log onto OWA and I get the folling error: HTTP / 1.1 503 Service Unavailable. I have looked all over Google for 2 days for a way to fix this issue. And for some reason I can not find anything that will work to fix this. HELP!!!!! My mobile device has stoped syncing with the server...I can not get email if I am out via OWA. I can get my email at my desk from my Outlook 2007. Did I say HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! :-) I have read about the HKCRScan.exe tool from MS but I can not find it anywhere. If someone would be as so kind to put it up on a FTP I would be in your debt.Thank you in advance!!!!

Hi,First please check if all the exchange related services has been started.Please verify if default web site is running.Please ensure that all the Exchange Server are in the same version state. Please apply update on all the exchange servers.what is the update you have applied ?Besides, please verify if you can access OWA from laptop.Regards,Xiu

hi,check that all exchange services is running.check the default website on the iis is working & try to browse it.did u make any changes before this problem happend ?or add new exchange certificate ?
