What Service Pack and Rollup is Exchange? What type of clients are having problems? ( IE, others?) (Windows versions?) Are you using S/MIME? Does the problem happen to external and internal clients? ( Using ISA?) Anything in the event logs or IIS logs? Can you run ExBpa against the server?

If the issue doesnt happen to problematic users with fine users machines, the cause would be the problematic users machines If the issue happens to problematic users with fine users machines as well, the cause would be the problematic users mailboxes. Please try to move the problematic users mailboxes into other mailbox database, which can fix certain corruption of mailbox James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

Ok. If the problematic users hadnt have issue on the fine users machine, you could narrowe down the cause to the problematic users machine, but are IE 7 the root cause? I think its uncertain, please try to reset the IE setting, disable all Non-Microsoft services and startup items (Reboot). If the issue still persist, please recreate the windows profile, see if the issue still persist James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
