I just recently installed the security update KB958644 on my Windows SBS 2003 server.Since I have installed this patch, I cannot access my OWA from outside of my network. The only change I have made was installing this patch. Has anybody else had this issue? I have checked all my settings with no luck at all of finding what the issue is. I can access OWA from my local network just fine. I just can't access it from the web. No router/firewall changes were made just the install of this patch.Thanks!

Is there an error message being displayed when you try to access OWA? What Version of Exchange are you using? What happens when you access it internally? It loads fine? Are you using the same URL? Is there anything in the IIS logs or the Event Viewer that would give any cluse?BP

I get a page cannot be displayed when trying to acces externally. Internally I can access the site just fine. The URL did not change. The only change I made was loading the KB958644.I don't see anything in the IIS logs.

Hi, When users try to access OWA outside the network, what error will display, 503 service unavailable ? 401 Unauthorized? If you have OWA publishing rule,then I recommned you to update the network driver and then re-publish OWA again.
